Birchbox

The grooming and skincare industry is huge. No matter what type of skin or hair you have, what part of the body you need to address, or what kind of problem you're looking to solve, there are products for it.

With a seemingly unlimited amount of product choices, finding the ones that work best for you can become a long, drawn-out process.

While buying multiple products to compare, contrast, or simply to collect is a part of being a fan of the beauty industry for some women, most men don't feel the same way. For guys, buying product after product is more of an expensive headache than a fun experience.

Since grooming is equally important to men and women, Birchbox created a solution to finding the best grooming products with no hassle and a low cost.

Founded in 2010 by Katia Beauchamp and Hayley Barna, Birchbox launched as a different approach to shopping for beauty products. It combined personalized monthly subscription boxes with an easy-to-use web shop featuring products women would love. Two years later in 2012, BirchboxMan launched to cater specifically to men's grooming needs.

Whether you're looking for face wash to prevent acne, oil to tame a wild beard, long-lasting deodorant, or fresh cologne, BirchboxMan makes it simple for guys. The subscription includes five samples from the greatest grooming brands on the market. What makes the subscription worthwhile is that it's curated for each person individually. Completing a grooming profile during sign-up helps BirchboxMan understand your style and grooming needs so that the subscription includes products that you can actually use. For example, you won't receive hair styling products if you're bald or cream for dry skin if you're oily.

BirchboxMan

BirchboxMan is also extremely affordable. At just $10 a month, or $54 for 6 months using the promo code "MEN54," you'll spend far less on products you don't need or like. You can cancel at any time and when you come across products you absolutely love, you can purchase full-sized versions of them at BirchboxMan.

Birchbox sent over a subscription box for me to check out, and it's definitely a smart way to spend $10. The box included Anthony Facial Scrub, Brickell Charcoal Face Wash, Jack Black All Over Wipes, Kiehl's Ultimate Man Body Scrub Soap, and Marlowe No. 123 Facial Moisturizer. If I were to purchase the five products individually, it would cost $105. Since spending that much money isn't in most people's budget, the BirchboxMan subscription is an amazing deal.

Never waste your time and money dealing with products you're unsure of. Make grooming easy and affordable with BirchboxMan.
